7. Handmade Products

Many Lunar Nest Lighting products are handcrafted.

As each item is individually produced, slight variations in colour, grain, finish, texture, shape or appearance are natural characteristics of handmade products and contribute to their uniqueness.

These natural variations do not constitute defects.

8. Pricing

All prices displayed on this Website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices displayed at the time an Order is accepted shall apply to that Order.

Should an obvious pricing error occur due to a technical or administrative mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and provide a full refund.

9. Product Availability

Products are sold from available stock.

Although every effort is made to maintain accurate stock levels, products may occasionally become unavailable after an Order has been placed.

Should this occur, we may:

• cancel the affected Order;

• provide a full refund.

Lunar Nest Lighting does not store your banking or card details.

Payment processing is subject to PayFast's own security procedures and terms.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Customers may create an account to simplify future purchases.

You are responsible for:

• restricting access to your account;

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available throughout South Africa.

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers will receive shipment tracking information once Orders have been dispatched.

14. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of Products passes to the Customer once payment has been received in full.

Risk in the Products remains with Lunar Nest Lighting until the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

15. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect Products immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage or shortages should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Damaged deliveries should be reported within 24 hours together with supporting photographs where applicable.

16. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers wishing to return Products should contact us before returning any items.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.

17. Product Warranty

Where applicable, Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage excludes:

Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
